How to set the Collection Location?
This is another way to create a Job/Installation Work Order from the Web Platform.
1. From the dashboard navigate to the side navigation bar and click "Add Location" under "Locations".
2. Enter the required information for the respective fields and Click "SEND" to save the location..
How to Add a Collect & Service Job?
1. From the dashboard navigate to the side navigation bar and click "Collect & Service" under "Field Management".
2. Select the Collection Location from the "Collection From" field provided as well as the rest of the Job information i.e. DEscription and Location.
3. Select the Platform under which you are linking this Job i.e. IoT or Non-IoT, then select the Group.
4. Select the Installation Work Type you wish to use for the Job/Installation, then Click "SEND".
Once the action is complete, from the SmartView FDM Web Application you can see the completed Installation Work Order, with information of who completed it and when and where as well as the data captured in the Installation Work-Order.
