How to create a Audit Work-Order?

An Audit Work Order is only completed provided there is a Audit Work Type that has been Created, from then, the work Order is created on the Mobile Platform by a Field User

1. Create a Audit Work-Type (refer to How to Create a Audit Work-Type?)

An Audit Work Order can only be created and completed from the Mobile Platform.
(refer to How to Create Work Order on your mobile device?).

Once the action is complete, from the SmartView FDM Web Application you can see the completed Audit Work Order, with information of who completed it and when and where as well as the data captured in the Audit Work-Order.

How to Dispatch a Audit Work-Order?

Once the Audit Work Order is completed, Its avalaible in the Audits table. From there the user has a view on the completed Audits and their data.

1. From the dashboard navigate to "Audits" under "Field Management" and you will see the list of completed Audit Work Orders.
(refer to How to create a Audit Work-Order?) for the process of completing a Audit Work Order.

2. Tick the Audit Work Orders you wish to dispatch to Jobs/Installations. Tick the Audits and click "DISPATCH SELECTED AUDITS.

3. Enter the Description, then select the Installation Work Type and click "CREATE JOBS" to dispatch the Audit to Jobs.
